The first of our single hop variety beers. We were the first brewery in the UK to use Citra. The beer proved so popular that we will be brewing it again. Permanent from January 2011.
A light refreshing beer with pungent grapefruit, lychee and gooseberry aromas leading to a dry, bitter finish.

50 cl bottle from local market. Light pale straw color. Hoppy and bitter aroma. Palate is good for the abv. and has nice hoppy flavors. Enjoyable really.

Nice one, great for hot days.Bitter and dry aftertaste, really nice colour.Smell is not too agressive.

erickok (6036) - Leuven, BELGIUM - APR 23, 2015
Grainy starts but luckily lots of citra hop aromas. Drinks better than the one sided aroma, with juicy bitterness and high drinkability due to the soft yet not boring yeast. Enjoyable but really simple starter. (Bottle from Wine Rack Leeds)

TimE (6349) - Tokyo, JAPAN - APR 16, 2015
light golden color, little head. Big citrusy nose, light body. Moderate bitterness. Very decent.

Minamizawa (62) - Aarhus, DENMARK - APR 16, 2015
Light in color, almost like a lager. Almost no head and foam dies quickly. Nose is hops and taste is hop with notes of grapes and a bitter finish. Not a beer I would drink many of, but interesting that they use single hop.
