COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask and bottle; Regular. 4.2% in cask. 4.6% in bottle.

The first of our single hop variety beers. We were the first brewery in the UK to use Citra. The beer proved so popular that we will be brewing it again. Permanent from January 2011.
A light refreshing beer with pungent grapefruit, lychee and gooseberry aromas leading to a dry, bitter finish.

kapusil (1505) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 9, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 9, 2017 0.5l bottle. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Aroma and taste of hay, graind, lemon zest, grapeseed and a bit of blackberries. Light bodied with and the finish is quite bitter. OK beer, but really nothing special here.

Una APA con carácter pese a su poco alcohol. Aroma ligeramemte ahumado, sabor limon, cítricos, con un marcado amargor que perdura y con carga importante de lupulo

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2017 Pours golden, clear and with a brilliant white foamy head. Aroma very lively and full of fruity notes. Taste fresh and citric but not sharp. Very well hopped, strong but subtle and not overbearing. A classic in my book.

Bottle at Smokies Hazy yellowish with steady white head. Aroma of citruses and somewhat sour. Tastes bit hoppy, light lemonish, medium bitter. Good

Said 4,6 % on my bottle at GBK, Oxford. Fruity aromas. Clear golden, almost no head. Very hoppy and fruity with lychee and grapefruit notes. Bitterness and sweetness are well balanced. Good beer!

Benters (75) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - SEP 5, 2017
Pours light golden, clear with average carbonation. Minimal white head which disappears quickly. Aroma of new world hops dominates, picking up grapefruit and gooseberries. Taste is dominated by the hops, slightly fruity with long, bitter finish. A good example of an American Pale Ale, light and refreshing with nice hop hit.

Gluepot (716) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 27, 2017
A dank and hoppy nose from a golden body, thin white head. There is a really fresh zestiness to the taste, and this is not a brand new bottle. Citrus hops featuring lemon and orange lead the way, with pepper, biscuit malt and a strong effervescence adding to the taste experience. Nice density and body for a 4.2% offering

UPDATED: AUG 18, 2017 Cask at the Old Fountain, Old Street. Bright and clear light gold, white lace foam. Lovely clean, dry flavour with a citrus bite. For a single hop beer this is hard to beat

ekstedt (6976) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 15, 2017
Cask at GBBF 2017. Clear golden. Bready malt, tropical fruit hops, slightly sulphury. Dry, medium to high bitterness.
