Cask conditioned handpump The Pub Leicester 19/06/13. A bright blonde coloured beer with a white head and lace. Sharp hoppiness throughout. Lots of grapefruit. Good lasting bitterness and prickly citricity. The hops are really good and this is really tasty.
Typical Oakham hoppy golden ale. Citrus and tropical fruit aromas, big peach and citrus taste leading to a bitter finish. Otterdance (164) - Norwich, Norfolk, ENGLAND - JUL 11, 2013
UPDATED: SEP 2, 2013 Ribs of Beef. Hazy golden with a white froth. Nice floral/tropical aroma. Nicely measured hops and tropical fruits with a hint of biscuity malt and a long dry, bitter finish. English golden ale with some punch. downender (8774) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - JUL 9, 2013
Cask-conditioned at the Barley Mow, Bristol 4/7/2013. Golden in colour with a slight white head. Grapefruit and pineapple, with some slightly creamy malts and a dry finish. Slightly muted as it was nearing the end of the barrel, but good nonetheless. cgarvieuk (25744) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 4, 2013

My Bottom Line:
RichTheVillan (8151) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUN 30, 2013
This superbly aromatic Pale Ale builds quite the tropical grove of a flavour panorama onto svelte honeyed cereals before grassy hop resins dry up the finish.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam garnishes the misty golden.
-The tropical fruitiness is akin to mango, guava, passionfruit, etc.; you name it, you can probably find it.
-The mouthfeel is slick and the soft, natural carbonation is conducive to big gulps.
-The hop intensity is not too intense, but far from mild too.
-Yet another wonderful Oakham hoppy blond ale. I’m starting to think they’re a one-trick pony (have only had 6 of their brews though), but even if it’s the case, I want to experience this trick again and again and again…
On cask at The Cambridge Blue.
Cask at The Macc; hazy golden amber pour with foamy white head, peachy aroma, biscuity malts excellently balance with big fruity hops peach, passion fruit, mango, another winner from Oakham. leaparsons (10712) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JUN 22, 2013
Cask, The Pub, Leicester. Hazy gold with a bubbly white foam. Aromas are biscuit and candy sugar with mango, light grapefruit and floral pine. Creamy oak with woody, leafy notes and hints of orange. Flavours are sweet lemon and pineapple with pithy grapefruit bitterness and dry, woody pine. Candy sugar with resinous green notes and a peppeey palate. Fresh and refreshing. A reminder that Oakham remain master of the hop. DruncanVeasey (8260) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - JUN 22, 2013
Oakham #50. Gravity, Nuneaton & Beduff BF, 21/06/13. Burnished straw with a slim halo. Bags of hairy chlorophyll, guava, blackcurrant and lychee nose. Floral and soapy with dunked biscuit, lemon zest, Darjeeling and passion fruit notes. Bitter, leafy, curry leaf linger. Bog standard brilliant Oakham.
