UPDATED: JAN 13, 2018 Pours a clear golden colour with a small frothy white head. A light malt and fruity aroma, sweet citrus and herbal hops. A moderately sweet taste, white bread, citrus and fresh sweet grassy hop flavours. Crisp in the mouth with a moderate citrus bitterness in the finish.

Cask at Moon in the Square, Bournemouth. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, fruity hops, green weedy notes and light malt. Flavour is above light sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation.

500ml bottle. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is malty, biscuit, citrus fruit. Taste of biscuity malts and citrus fruit, slightly floral, finish is bitter. Light body, oily texture, fine carbonation. Very nice and refreshing, definitely one of the better bitters I've had.

Bottle. Nose is toffee, hint of caramel. Taste is biscuit, lightly hoppy, citrus, caramel, floral, slightly herbal dry hop finish. Fine.

Fairly bland ale, not a great deal of citrus notes that I can taste, or much malt backbone.

Pale pour, nice sweet citrussy smell. Quite a thin palate but lovely shandy-esque refreshing taste with fruits and background malts. Superb summer bitter.

Cask @ Bricklayers Arms, Luton
Kolor złoty, czysty w 100% klarowny trunek. Piana średnia, biała, opada w dół, słabo znaczy szkło. W aromacie zioła, lekki cytrus, mocna zaparzona herbata, delikatny przypieczony chleb. W smaku słodowe z chlebowymj nutami, poza tym zioła, delikatne herbaciane akcenty. Trochę ściągająca goryczka z cytrusowym tłen. Przrciętne, ale nie ma co marudzić.

Cask at Guildford Arms. Very pale, almost like colored water. Nose is citrus, light dough, light floral. Tastes light bitters, light toasted caramel, doughy malts. Ok.

Cask, Mariners Great Yarmouth. Pours golden with a fading off white head. Aroma of hops and light fruits. Bitter hoppy taste with light citrus flavours and a dry and bitter lasting aftertaste. Some light carbonation. It’s OK, it has flavour, but for me the aftertaste is just too bitter and not refreshing enough. It comes bottom of the pile of all the Oakham beers I’ve tried.
