Hand pulled cask at the Peterborough BF. Straw yellow with a lively white collar in the peak of fresh condition. Big noble hops, clean dry malt and an interesting twist in the form of green tea! This works superbly as a refreshing summer quencher. Oakham are so consistently good. leaparsons (10606) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 28, 2010
Cask, Peterborough Fest 10. Lght gold with a thin white foam. Aromas are yeasty with lemon and hay. Very grassy hops with hints of Belgian wit spices. Flavours are crisp citrus hops with yeast and clean bitter grapefruit. Low malts but Oakham are hop masters.

Cask Conditioned handpump Peterborough BF 2010. A straw gold coloured beer with an off-white thin head. A spicy hoppy aroma with grassy notes leads to a pleasant balanced but predominantly hoppy taste. Very easy to drink with the promised green tea showing its face. As usual a good Oakham beer.
