Tart gooseberry and soft peach on the nose. Gooseberries and fruit to taste, before an intense bitterness that’s as sharp as a macaw’s screech!

Pint at the Bon Accord. Big hit of bitter hops, not floral or fruity. Light, fresh body, long bitter finish. Excellent

Swaroga (2223) - Warszawa, POLAND - AUG 6, 2015
A very decent and well hopped ale. Juicy malts with a typical US hops bite to it. Bitterness isn’t overwhelming neither long but just right. Refreshing and easy to drink but without holes. A beer I might actually come back to for long summertime evenings or BBQ.

klm1 (1585) - Bled/SF, - JUL 20, 2015
Pours light brown haze colour with creamy white head. Aroma without notes of an alcohol, prevails notes of tropical fruits. Similar is taste, with discrete hidden note of an alcohol: firstly fruity sweet with bitter slight dry finish. Malt sweetness is medium, hop bitterness also. Very proper beer.

Cask @ The Queens Arms , Brixham , Devon. LOw Boost GOLD tim. And this is not bad within this stupid genre . Vibrant hops in the nose , fruity , especially peaches up front , sugary lemons . As golden as the gold Jesus piece Kanye West wears when he is singing about God and ’motherfucken gay fish’ . The flavours are nice and again suggesting peach, grapefruit , biscuty malt and a long dry finish ! I dunno , not fucken bad for a Golden fucken ale !

Strong fruity aroma, clear pale orange. Medium carbonation with thin white head. Slight ting on tongue, citrus in mouth, grapefruit and bitter aftertaste. Refreshing on hot day, very drinkable

Ragnampiza (751) - Rome / Lecce, ITALY - JUN 4, 2015
500 ml bottle drank at Birra+. Dark gold, pretty clear, with a huge, fluffy and persistent bright white head. Fresh and tropical nose, quite dank as well. Yeah, all about those cheesy hoppiness. Solid bitterness through out, more than average astringency but that’s something quite common with these types of beers. Resiny and piney aftertaste. Easily drinkable and quite watery, but not too much. Average carbonation, light to medium body, creamy texture. Good.

BeerViking (4907) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 3, 2015
Cask at the Kings Tun. Golden-amber with a lacing head, nice fresh gooseberry, lemon and peach nose, but overly assertive dry-bitterness swamps the delicate tropical fruit flavours and lightly toffeed malt hiding in the background.

tdtm82 (1701) - Essex, ENGLAND - MAY 26, 2015
Cask Railway Tavern., Chelmsford, 26th May 2015. White lacing. Dropped bright. Really fruity esters. Lemons, lime and grapefruit. Taste is grapefruit, melon, lime cordial, lemons and citrus tart. Really clean. Oakham have nailed this down.

ianwelby (1428) - SCOTLAND - MAY 24, 2015
Hazy orange beer with a thick creamy head. Very light citrus smell. Flavour is sweet and lemony but not sickly. Slightly spicy, floral backtaste. Smooth, easy going and very drinkable.

Nocturne (1992) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAY 22, 2015
Cask at Jack in the Box, Altrincham. Slightly hazy orange. White head, rings of lacing. Lovely juicy hop taste. Soft green tea, very tangy fruits, citrussy like grapefruit mainly. Oakham really know how to do a hoppy beer and this is no exception.
