Scopey (16262) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 14, 2012
Cask at The George, Croydon. It pours hazy golden yellow with a medium white head. The nose is hopsack, barnyard, sticky fruit, orange, mango, peach, apricot, hay and faint spice. The taste is orange, mango, tangy marmalade, resin, residual sweetness, well-hidden alcohol, fruit salad sweets and pineapple with a bitter-sweet finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and slightly sticky mouth-feel. A ballsy cask beer indeed. Delicious! Theydon_Bois (21466) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 10, 2012

Old Fountain Weekend Mini Fest. Very hazy amber beer, tidy white head. Smooth palate. Moderate carbonation. Nice grapefruit and pine hops - not too bitter. Good tropicals - mango and pineapple. Mild tinned peach syrup and floral notes. Finishes semi dry with a hint of bubblegum ester. Lovely!
Cask @ The Old Fountain. The pour’s medium amber with a modest off-white head. The nose is banana, light lemon and plenty of berry. Orange melon fruit. The taste is dried straw, more melon. Honey, sweet bananas fosters. The body’s medium, the carbonation soft. Overall, not bad stuff. Leighton (22807) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 14, 2012

Super sweet peachy aroma, packed full of sticky hops. Hazy orange. Dunno whether that’s hop haze, or imperfect settling. A touch of alcohol as soon as it enters the mouth. Super smooth malty body, with sweet cakey malts. Hops do dominate, but stay in good balance - slightly pungent, and very fleshy-fruity.
