COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
Piercing bitterness in this ’brite’ English style wheat beer which mellows to reveal fruit overtones amidst a dry as a bone finish. This is a real thirst quencher.

In 2010, the bremaster can no longer get the wheat malt that was used so it is no longer a wheat beer.

UPDATED: SEP 9, 2007 Cloudy, pale yellow beer supports a fine white head. Subtle yet pleasant citric aroma. Satisfyingly smooth, long bitter taste that remains and finishes nicely. A refreshing and dry wheat beer.

Cask @ JDW, Crystal Palce, Aug 07: Hazy golden hue reminescent of a hefweizen. Aroma of lemons and grapefruit, lively hops with some malt. Muscat like mouthfeel, very nice well balanced summer beer.

Cask at Peterborough BF ’07. Gold with a small white head. Sweet citric hoppy aroma. Very lemony taste, almost like an old-fashioned cheap fizzy lemonade. Good bitter finish. Yes, it would be thirst quenching after mowing the lawn, but I was several hours into a beer festival and thirsty I was not.

Draught at The Coronet, Holloway Rd. Hazy, pale yellow with a small white head. Fruity nose.Flavours are fruity and surprisingly hoppy for a wheat beer. Apples. Dry finish. Refreshing.

Blackfriers. Pours soo increadibly pale i mean like this looked really watery, but really attractive. Aroma is grassy citrus hints of wheat and honey balancing. Taste was similar a good balance the wheat makes it very drinkable, hints of peach in the finish. Great session ale.
