Bottle at home. Very pale yellow with a small white head. Sparkling and crystal clear. Grassy, floral aroma. Taste is slightly sweet, then a well-balanced bitterness comes through. A fine, malty, almost chewy texture with a hint of vanilla, like biting into an ice-cream wafer. Long, dry finish. Tasty and refreshing. A fine beer.
