Found a large one at pdx. A solid brown but only bitter in taste, was hoping for something more complex in flavor, oh well..

Can. Caramel malt aroma with notes of toffee, nuts, citrus and biscuit. Pours amber colored with a thin, but retentive tan head that also has some lacing. Starts with caramel and toffee malt flavors with a hint of citrus. Finishes dry, but smooth with biscuity malt and nutty flavors. Pretty good amber.

Tasted by Cannery Row Beer Club. Nice beer. The Ambers would be good for the fall time. Cheers! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Not a bad amber ale and definitely the best of the Oakshire I tried courtesy of Ryan in 2016. Reddish with a thick head.

Draft. Pours a medium, well retained, ivory head, with minimal lacing, over a clear copper (SRM 16) body.....nose is light toffee/caramel, hints of cocoa, light grass......taste is mild malts, with toffee/caramel tones. mild toast, becoming moderately bitter, balanced......mouth feel, light of medium body, no alcohol. This has higher hop bitterness than the typical amber, and less malt complexity than most. BJCP 7/3/12/4/6

Side by side w the inperial version (ride your bike). Sweeter. Much easier to drink. Caramel. On tap at brewery. Very nice.

On Tap at Growler Guys, Meridian Clear orange amber. Thin wispy light tan head. Standard woody malt flavor and body. Rather sharp and tannin like bite. Characteristics or rye malt and such. Hoping for more soft malts and smooth body. Harsh and agressive. Dry crisp palatte.

vidmidia (286) - Vila Velha, BRAZIL - FEB 21, 2016
Vermelha, levemente turva. Espuma âmbar abundante, de média duração. Aroma adocicado de caramelo e ameixas. Sabor amargo equilibrado, com notas de caramelo, resina e leves toques de defumado e café. Retrogosto amargo, ligeiramente ácido.
