Poured from tap to glass. Crystal clear straw hue with soft white head that dissipated to a thin ring. Aroma is straw, farmhouse funk, pear, white peppercorn, candied sugar, citrus, slight sulphur. Mouthfeel is very refreshing with a light body and moderate carbonation. Taste is dry initially with a funky astringentness following with a dry ethanol finish. Overall this is a decent brew. It is very mild and subdued considering that it is 100% Brett fermented, which is nice. Almost a lager-like character. boFNjackson (4230) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 8, 2013
Tap @ The BeerMongers... Poured hazy, golden/yellow with an easy forming, frothy white head. Nice yeast funk and spice on the nose. Tasted of lemon-zest, citrus, and floral earthy tones along with a nice mild funk that was followed by a drying brett musky tone in the finish. Simple, but a solid brett fermented beer. 5000 (6900) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - AUG 18, 2013
Draught @ The Burgundian:   Pale straw, moderate frothy white head, so-so lacing.   Funky nose, Brett,
musty, smells inviting.   Musty start, Bretty, seems like a wheaty background.   Smooth, barnish, easy quaffer.
Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Clean musty finish, Bretty, a touch wheaty.   Light dryness.   A nice
one for a hot day, or muggy day like it is now. pdx77 (1483) - Oregon, USA - JUL 22, 2013
On draught at 2013 Portland Cheers to Belgian Beers festival. Golden color. Apricot and yeast aroma. Hoppy, yeasty taste with hint of lemon. Little bitterness on finish. mcberko (19837) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 21, 2013
On tap at PIB, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of dry Belgian yeast and some dry vinous notes. Flavour is the same, full of super dry Belgian yeast and dry vinous notes. Very solid and highly drinkable. Great stuff.
