Ontap pours out a hazy orange golden topped with a small ring of a head. Nose is funky apples some straw a little bit of stone fruit and lemon zest. Taste is more of the funk some wood and fruit combo.

Bottle thanks to Dean. Pours a cloudy orange gold with no head. The aroma is oak, apple skin, funk. Thin mouth, funky, apple, pear, wheat, light tartness, very good.

MartinT (10037) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 16, 2014
My Bottom Line:
Floral brettanomyces, white grapes and citrus fruit move into tartness in this slender Wild Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam circles the cloudy straw blond.
-Soft little bubbles add to this brew’s agreeable mouthfeel.
-Wild yeast is not overwhelming.
-The finish is acidic and quenching.

hazy-cloudy yellow-gold with thin, white head and moderate decay. Aroma is Parmesan cheese, tart grape/cherry wine. Flavor is vinous, light grassy hops, bit of hay. hints of farm. Light body with medium carbonation. Overall impression was that it strikes a nice balance between sourness and fruit/malt character.
