Bottle at RBSG Boise. Dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Aroma is sweet vanilla and bourbon barrel, some dark fruits and caramel malt. Sweet taste is lots of bourbon barrel and a little fruit cake.

Dark brown color, clean, with generous beige head. Mild aroma of dark malts and some barrel. Lean mouthfeel, moderately sweet, caramel flavor, no depth at all, hints of barrel. Mild booze in the final
Uncomplicated.

Bottle. Dark brown, low beige head. Big sweet Bournon aroma, alcoholic vapours. Boozy Bournon and cola-like sweetness, woody undertones, thin mouthfeel for this level of ABV, boozy finish bordering on harsh. Interesting, but too boozy and sweet for my preference.

Buddy from Texas brought this bottle up a while ago. Great bourbon flavor with a kick at the end of what i am assuming was the brandy. Thick but smooth.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a dark brown with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is vanilla, wood, roast. Thin mouth, vanilla, wood, dark chocolate, nice boozy finish, very nice.

TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - OCT 12, 2014
Poured at WTF 2014 GABF Edition (Denver, CO). Pours a deep brownish hue, decent haze in the body with a touch of carmelized orange glow. Frothy tannish head is a good frothy layer, mellow lacing. Aromas are orange peel, oak and caramel. Some toast, oak and spirit. Mellow toffee and toast. Initial is medium bodied, a touch of oak, spirit and warmth. Vanilla, toast and toffee. Gentle warmth, touch of spice. Barrel, spirit and vanillia. Touches of orange, sweet toffee and toast. Some warmth, fuzzy spirit barrel and vanillin. Tasty. A bit thin but enjoyable.
