Re-rate: Clean, light and effervescent. Mild hoppiness with a decent flavor. Moderate bitterness in the finish. An easily acceptable APA, but doesn’t exhibit the character and charisma I seek in an APA. Good beer, but lacks personality.

From old tasting notes. Hazy bronze gold color. Creamy beige head. Soft toasted malt nose. Zesty malt flavor lacks depth. Mild grassy hop finish.

Bottle poured a clear gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of bread and a hint of spicy hops. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, light spicy hops and a hint of earthiness with a crisp dry finish.

Sampled at Boulder Craft Beer Festival. Golden appearance with a white head. Aroma of toasted grain and light hops. Similar flavor, malty and smooth with mild bitterness and a light dry finish. OK.

2.2
bnokk (535) - Lee, Massachusetts, USA - JUL 1, 2016
APPEARANCE- light color with reddish hue. White solid head, little lacing. On point for a pale ale. NOSE- slight bit of earthy hop is evident. FLAVOR- kind of bland. A little hop flavor, and it tastes like a lot of other ales.

2.7
BLADT (700) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - MAY 6, 2016
Bottle. Semi sweet nose. Almost like a lager. Very little hops. Taste follows. Uneven. To sweet. Meh.

2.9
drfabulous (7952) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - APR 30, 2016
12 ounce bottle. Malty fruity mess. Not much going on here. I think that about sums it up.

Patrickctenchi (6593) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - APR 29, 2016
Bottle: Clear, honey-gold with a small off-white head. Orange, grain malt aroma. Taste is light orange-peel, barley malt. Grassy hops.... Not much going on in this one.

2.5
fluffy (2472) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - APR 4, 2016
A perfectly serviceable pale ale. Nothing special about it, but it's pretty textbook. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a golden color with a white head. Caramel, biscuit, floral hop, honey and pine aroma and flavors. Medium light body and average carbonation. Biscuit and floral finish. Not bad but pretty bland.

2.4
shrubber85 (11411) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - MAR 24, 2016
Bottle. Orange juice, biscuit malt, and light orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet orange, light malt, and mildly bitter orange peel flavor. Light body. Okay but pretty boring.
