750ml bottle with cork and cage. Thanks to my friend Rob for the share. Pours a nice thick foamy white head that dissipates to a thin coating.  Has a slightly cloudy golden orangey appearance. Aromas of wheats and yeast. Flavours are citrus, resin hops, notes of Belgian yeast, hints of spices. Good balance of sweetness and bitterness. Somewhat of a tarty moutheel. Pretty good.

Bottled. Hazy orange yellow with a huge white head. The Aroma has fruits and berries. The flavor is taste like a cherry pie.

750 ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour, thick white head. Spicy, fruity aroma with banana and yeasty notes. The flavour is sweetish fruity, malty, with banana and notes of citrus fruits, and a spicy-hoppy finish. Tasty.

Hazy and bubble golden. Nice light yeasty and lots of fresh tasting grain. Keeps a layer on the tongue, yummy

Cloud ripe banana peel colour. Foamy, bright, white, thick head with long continuance and a hearty rim lacing. Lots of quick rising bubbles. Fresh spiced aroma with fresh grapefruit notes and a dry straw hoppiness with a barn-like overtone. Creamy approach with light citrus flavours of orange and lemon. It’s sweet malty and bitter at the start which is quelled by the carbonation then balanced by the late taste of hops. Dry mouth feel with a late aftertaste.

750ml bottle from the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario. Golden yellow in colour with a large lingering white head, excellent lacing. The aroma is herbal, yeasty, some citrus and spice. The flavour is of lemons, some peppery spice, floral hops, yeast. Floral mouthfeel, medium/light body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long, herbal. A really nice and highly drinkable saison. Excellent surprise.

Bottle label says it began aging in October 23rd, 2013. Pours a murky straw colour with a monster white head (looked like the ratebeer picture for this beer). Aromas of Belgian yeast, banana esters, lemon zest. Surprisingly creamy palate (still kind of crisp, but creamier than I expected). Tastes of bready yeasts, white fruits, with some citrus hops on the finish. Pretty decent Saison.

Thanks to my sis for this one. Pours cloudy gold with a nice foamy white head. Aroma is yeast and a little farmy. Taste is solid saison notes, basic, well made.

This Saison poured a slightly cloudy, dark yellow colour with the biggest, bright white head I’ve seen in a long time. Scents include allspice, cider, very light vinegar and ripe fruit. First swig was very carbonated with flavours of spice and yeast most prodominant. Finish was sharp with a little bitter hop flavour and yeast flavours lingeriung.

Bottle, shared with TylerDurden. Cloudy orange-tinted gold topped by a thick white meringue (the picture here captures it perfectly!). Aroma of fruity yeast and light malts. Flavours of fresh pineapple and lemon, nice rustic yeast character, biscuit malts, lightly spicy. I thought this was a great saison.
