Bottled (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, no head. Aroma is honey, some sweet nectar as well as some floral notes. Flavour is honey, some nectar, quite strong "bittery" touch to it (bitter floral) and a nice not-too-sweet honey finish. fiulijn (20491) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 26, 2014

Golden color. The aroma is very floral, honey, soap. Smooth, semi-dry mouthfeel, the flavor is quite woody, and less flawed than the aroma, lightly fruity, with light final bitterness.
Solid. Not bad, and balanced; should appeal to whom looks for drier meads.
Bottled, thanks andregoncalves! Deep golden color. Sweet perfumed and flowery honey aroma with toffee and pineapple. Much dryer taste with flowery honey, sherry, oak, pine, pine apple and tequila. Finish is again more honeyish. There is a big controversy between sweet aroma and dry taste. Alcohol is a bit stingy but otherwise this is nice artisanal mead. omhper (25095) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - APR 4, 2013
Bottled, thanks andregoncalves! Clear golden. Distinct floral grainy nose. Mid dry with medium body. Peppery and spicy with lots of clover and vinous undertones. Pear and honey, intensely warming finish. Nicely aromatic and well drinkable despite the evident alcohol. andrepintado (3397) - Lisbon, PORTUGAL - DEC 19, 2012
75cl bottle. Golden color, almost clear appearance. Aroma is pure honeyish and also light alcohol. Sweetness is medium. I expected less sweetness since this is half-dry, and also more aromas.
