It pours clear golden with a white head. The aroma had dry bread, smooth Kolsch yeast and cleanness. It has a medium smooth body with light carbonation. The taste has dry pale malt, smooth caramel and minor spicy hops. Solid. seehaferb23 (276) - - AUG 16, 2016
This is a nice refreshing beer for German-style beers. The bitterness is well-balanced. Cheers!

Crisp and dry, very lager-like, slightly spicy profile that’s typical of the kolsch style. If you’re in the mood for a nice, light refreshing beer, pass on the domestics, and grab this can. cladinshadows (49) - USA - JUL 27, 2016
Medium-level doughy/bready/grainy aroma with some background fruitiness and sulfur. Winey, No hops in the nose. Brilliantly clear light gold with head that dissipates quickly to very low lacing that lingers appealingly. Medium-crisp taste and mouthfeel - dry but substantial. On the upper end of mouthfeel and flavor for Kolsch, but still strikes a very nice balance of flavors. There is a skunky/grassy character in the finish that isn’t great, but it’s likely due to packaging or age. When brewery fresh this would be a fantastic Kolsch. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - JUL 22, 2016
At Ken’s Pizza, Portland. Golden body with thin head. Nose is hoppy, grassy. Taste of hops, malts, bread. Fruits in the finish. Okay.

Pours a thin, white dissipating head atop a clear light amber body. nose is somewhat corn syrup? Not terribly crisp. Definitely not light - more cardboard and bready. Pretty poor showing. Hungover (103) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 24, 2016
Clean crisp, good grains and balance. Simple fresh and exactly what I was hoping for. Easy drinking with a tidge of extra flavor to give it character. Kobold (41) - British Columbia, CANADA - APR 1, 2016
Appearance: stubborn pockmarked two finger head levitating above a field of golden wheat from which swarms of carbonation ascend into the stratosphere.
Aroma: peppery hops of the Old World spice a crisp, clean air before it dissipates into candy and bubblegum after thoughts.
Taste: a mouthful of dirty honey and sweet fruit, bready malts surrendering to a bed of weak, almost sleepy, disinterested hop tang.
Palate: quite creamy and deep for such low potency
Overall: a giant among a typically dainty class of brews. the foretaste is especially chromatic, and the feel much more substantial than that of usual kolsch species.

A: Clear gold with a foamy white head.
N: Soft grain and loam. Cracker and coriander. Touch of white peppercorn.
T: Sweet and slightly bitter.
M: Light body, creamy carbonation, no alcohol
O: Malty and delicious kolsch. Could take down a lot of these. MattH (878) - California, USA - NOV 26, 2015
Four pack of cans from a grocery store in Portland. Cereal aroma. Nice clean slightly sweet flavor. Smoother palate. Good easy to drink beer.
