Tap @ EBF, 2008, Carlsberg.larsga (7509) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 18, 2008
Pours deep amber with a nice, creamy, white head. Super duration, lovely lacing. Aroma is very grassy, light doughy malts. Fine balance between hops and malts. A bit light mouthfeel. Flavour is okay, but there isn’t really enough of it. Especially the hops disappoint.
Big coarseish offwhite lasting head. Amber body. Light grainy aroma. Dry-sweetish grainy coarse hoppy taste. Light acidity. Watery roasty aftertaste. Can’t say this impressed me too much. (0.1l draft at EBF ’08.) MiP (15650) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 16, 2008

Light unclear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, orange - lime. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry smooth finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (130608)

Half pint at Den Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen. Shining brown body with a lacing-head. Dry hopped aroma nicely followed by a flavour of hop resin with notes of malts. Dry bitter ending. Well made bitter (30.05.2008). Christian (13605) - Odense, DENMARK - JUN 5, 2008
Darught. Amber with a lasting, creamy off-white head. Caramel, malt, grassy hops and some blackcurrant in the nose. Dry with hop flavour, toffee malt and a distinct roasted finish. Feels like a close cousin to Nils Oscar’s beers.
