Beautiful bright brown color; big head. Nice chocolate aroma, caramel. Dry chocolate flavor, a bit of roasted malt at the end; hidden good hopping. Not bad, but the aroma is better than the rest.
Cask at Bishop Arms, Malmø. A deep red beer with a fluffy tan head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes caramel and yeast and a bit of sulphur. The flavor is sweet and very malty combined with notes of caramel, sulphur, roasted malt, and yeast, leading to a dry roasted finish. The body is a bit thin. From tap at Brogatan, Malmö. Pours dark brown with a small orange glare and a dense light tan head. Aroma butterish and roasted malt. Distinct roasted and mild acidic note from this in the initial flavour. Vague metallic and butterish touch too. Vague smoke note from the back of the nose. Light roasted flavour of caramel and liquorice with notes of coffee and hops.
Roasted and hoppy finish.
