(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 30 March 2011) Dark red colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of red fruit, caramel and hints of chocolate. Malty, fruity taste with dark fruit, caramel and a fairly dry finish with a mild, spicy bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Soft and rounded with a balanced, citric bitterness. Bottle bought @ Systembolaget and consumed on November 26. Pours deep copper with a thick grayish brown head that slowly dissipates leaving some trace on the glass. Smell is malty sweet with some resin and bread. Taste is malty sweet and slightly bitter with resin, bread and some pine. Finish is dry and slightly bitter with some chocolate.

Dark copper with a small head. Aroma of caramel, bread, some fruit and notes of roasted malt. About the same in the taste. Drinkable stuff.

dusty burnt caramel aroma with milky peas notes. Dry-sweet

Clear dark amber with a good sized light beige head that retains well.
Nose is biscuit malt, caramel, light hop presence, vanilla.
Taste comprises caramac bar, woody tinges, bsicuit malt, more vanilla, bitter orange notes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.

, järntorget. Darkish amber, clear. Very english strong bitter/esb aroma: Light nutty bready malts, herbal hops, some earthyness. Dry body, bready herby finish. Darker caramels, dry hazelnuts. Ok bitter. English seems to be ocean’s trademark.
