Very dark, being a Pale Ale. Quite bitter and watery at the same time. Low carbonation. But otherwise just fine.

Bottle (4,8%) from Systembolaget. Clear golden color with big creamy white head. Aroma is fruity with notes of hops. Taste is well balanced with a bitter tail. A decent beer!

Ravfarget klar med høyt beige skum. Lukter pære, karamell og kandis. Lett.

Half finger, white head. Clear, deep amber coloured beer. Aroma is bready, malty and with a potent hint of belgian yeast, oddly enough. Some of those spicy hops come through too. If any fruits are here then it’s apricot. Taste is more like some kind of lager to be honest. Very bready and malty, which is not too bad but the taste pretty much ends there. Slightly citrusy and bitter at the back. A bit sticky in the mouth, nice and easy mouthfeel. Overall, not something I would buy again. Like I said, it’s not bad in itself but it’s really not for me. For people that are malt oriented maybe this is a good session beer.

Flaske 500ml fra Kilpishalli. Delt med EgilB, Helge og Rune på Nerstranda 5 Jan 17 som drikke til rakfisk. Gylden. Filmskum. God grapefruktaroma. Mest aprikos. Smaken tørket frukt.

500ml bottle, 4.7 % abv, shared by Finn. Clear amber body, filmy layer, clingy lacing. Inviting aroma of mild brown malts and herbal hops. The taste profile is dominated by caramel malts nicely balanced by a bitter fruity tail. Fine bodied. Well made (Tromsø 05.01.2017).
