_angst_ (4802) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 24, 2015
Draught @ Tullen 2a Lång. Pours Amber with a frothy beige head that leaves some sparse thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly malty, slightly floral and slightly earthy with roasted malts, caramel, dark bread, moist grass, St. John’s wort, moist soil and orange peal. Taste is sweet, bitter, slightly malty and metallic. Mouthfeel is soft, round, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and slightly bitter with dark bread, caramel, moist grass, sheet metal, orange peal and hints of bread slices. No butter for once. Actually fairly close to a decent beer but mostly comes of as liquid steel and bread. Ungstrup (37558) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 19, 2013

Aroma: Candy sugar and dark berries.
Appearance: A dark chestnut colored beer. A low off-white head with small lacing and good curtains.
Taste: Tasting dark bread, red berries and apples, nettles.
Palate: Low carbonation, a fresh texture. A medium body with a slight dry finish.
Overall: The 7% ABV is extremely well hidden in this one. Very rewarding beer in all real ale aspects.
