jaghana (6283) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - JUL 16, 2011
Bottle 33cl, a cloudy golden beer with medium head. Nose is very lemony. Aroma is astringent and agrume like, with oranges peels, medium malty and sweet. Some acid notes too but mainly bitter in the finish with spicy notes such as cardamom or ginger, not exceptional, finish is shot dry and flat with diacetyl notes.

Hazy amber beer. Soft slightly syrupy palate. Soft aromatic malt, a little saison like in the feel. Made with the bark of a pepper tree - the spice is very mild and is really only noticeable in the semi dry finish.
