COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We wanted to brew a high octane Wee Heavy ever since we opened. Full bodied and complex, this sweet concoction has flavors of caramel, toffee, oak and dark fruits. We then aged the beer for seven months in Bourbon barrels, the result is sweet and balanced with a touch of heat. She looks like the real thing, She tastes like te real thing...

Sampler at taproom. Pours dark, dark brown with a khaki head. Lots of bourbon and wood on the nose along with big caramel. Smooth on the tongue with big bourbon and wood notes. Finished clean. Hides it’s booze nicely. I wished more breweries attempted bourbon barrel aged wee heavys.
