Tap. Deep amber with small head. Pineapple is subtle but very pleasant. Nice hops. pantanap (3366) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 9, 2013
On tap at the source... Pours an apple vinegar like consistency, mostly transparent, and topped with. Within film of soapy white head... Wafts of pineapple in and out but predominantly citrus and pine throughout. Perhaps a little melon moreso than pineapple... Flavors are more bitter with a citrus focus perhaps a light. Lightly sweet with a grassy pithy finish which lasts awhile on the tongue. Medium bodied with adequate carbonation. JaBier (8027) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - MAY 25, 2013
Sample at Odd Side on 3/29/13. Clear copper pour with a medium off-white head. Aroma of pineapple, malt and slight hop. Pineapple and malt flavor with a grassy hop finish. Kinda what I’d expect from a pineapple IPA, but it was pretty good. Ratman197 (14976) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - MAY 9, 2013
Poured a clear golden amber with a lingerting ring of ivory foam. Aromas of biscuit, pineapple and grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, grapefruit and pineapple with a smooth dry lingering bitter finish. Mittenator (1612) - Michigan, USA - FEB 25, 2013
Sample at 2013 MBG Winter Beer Festival. Tasted like fresh pineapples with a hoppy bite. Great stuff.

Sampled on 10/12/2012 at GABF. This India Pale Ale pours a light gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, a touch of pineapple and tropical and hoppy. A medium bodied India Pale Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, with a touch of pineapple. The hops are citrus and tropical. Decent carbonation. Nice balance. The mild pineapple flavor adds to the citrusy/grapefruity hoppiness. Decent bitterness. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is mostly bitter. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - OCT 28, 2012
Hazy gold pour at GABF. Aroma has nice citrus hops, pineapple, mango, sugar cookie, yeast. Nice tropical flavors, light on the pineapple, good hops, some mango, light lychee notes. deyholla (11759) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - AUG 2, 2012
Sampled from the tap at the 15th annual MBGSF. Pours a near clear orange gold with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a note of earthy pineapple with a grass note and an earthy grain backbone. Flavor has more of a grassy note with just a hint of pineapple and some backing grains. Nuffield (4180) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - JUL 25, 2012
I do have it down as "Derelicte" not "Derelicto", and at 6.4%. Golden amber. Distinctive pineapple nose and that comes through in the flavor, too, but there there is more grassiness and some bitterness changing the sense of it--less a "fruit beer", more an IPA, but not an esp. great one. I wouldn’t want a full pint of this. (on tap at brewery) Pailhead (6541) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - JUL 2, 2012
On tap: The aroma consists of pineapple, tropical fruits, grapefruit, and citrus. It’s a transparent amber with a small orange tinged off-white head that leaves a nice sheet of lacing on the sides of the glass. The flavor with citrus and tropical fruits. There’s a some light pineapple in the background. The finish has light-moderate grapefruit and a touch of lemon. It’s light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, the pineapple is stronger in the nose than the flavor. A very enjoyable and sessionable IPA.
