Draft to taster at Odd Side. Looks decent; malty and not very carbonated though. A hazy dark cop perish orange with razor-thin off-white lacing. Smells and tastes sweetly malty and hoppy (in that order) with an average mouthfeel. Decent beer, but not a good DIPA. pantanap (3367) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 9, 2013
On tap at the source... Appearance of a hazy orangey copper brown hue and topped with a vivid white head... Aroma of oxidized caramel malt with a mild syrupy dark fruit note. Expecting more if a fresh hop feel which was sorely lacking... Flavors have a papery caramel malt barleywine aspect first and foremost. Sweet through the middle and finish with a boozy note coming through midway and late to pair with a lightly bitter finish. MrBunn (2848) - The Wet Side of a Dry Town, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 24, 2012
On tap at Odd Side. The first sample was an opaque amber but the growler was pretty clear. Totally opaque. Decent head and aromas of super damn hell yes tropical fruit. Pineapple, passion fruit, mango, cantelope. Flavor is sweet and fruity. Hells yes!!
