A very fresh hop aroma. A bitterness that hits upfront. Hop flavors really stay around for a while. Slight caramel feel in the back that somewhat takes away from the drinkability. Overall good stuff.
Thick lacing with ring of head. Clear golden appearance. Piney hop aroma. Easy to drink with long lasting bitter finish.

Super hazy amber and deep copper/bronzed body with a nice, three centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of rich caramel and toffee, nice amarillo and warrior hop notes of earth and floral elements and a grassy note as well, all with some noticeable alcohol around the edges. Full-bodied; Super rich and bitter flavour of the hops showing very deep earthy and metallic hop flavours with a lot of alcohol pungency at the tail end. Aftertaste shows the super pungent and alcohol-ridden bitterness from both hops and malt, then shows deep hops and caramel, but nothing sweet at all with this one - just a lot of alcohol and way more super bitterness and not in a good way. Overall, not such a great beer and I was hoping for much more, but this was a let down all around. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Merchant’s in Dearborn, Mich igan on 24-July-2015 for US$2,49 sampled at home in Washington on 08-March-2016. Bottle shared by Brian. Pours a transparent golden with thin fizzy off white head. Aroma and taste of floral hops, citrus, and bread malts. crossovert (12614) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 31, 2015
355ml bottle. Light amber pour, belgian-looking foamy head. Aroma is pure malt, caramel. Falvor is caramel, bitterness, herbs, citrus, and pine. East coast, meh. fakebeersnob (325) - Salt Lake City, Utah, USA - DEC 27, 2014
Aroma is probably malt, though it reminds me of wood pulp. Hint of fruit sweetness to it. Color is a light amber with a meringue-like head that goes down to a decent lacing. Taste a bit of citrus, but also seems to be strawberry to it. Then comes a sweet malt taste, and a bit of grapefruit like citrus at the back. (note: the citrus is pretty muted - do not expect it to be like a Citra or grapefuit IPA). More malty than expected. There is a little bit of a resiny mouthfeel at the end.
It is a decent IPA. Something I would drink if it was available, but nothing I would seek out.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of white fruit, orange, peach, some vanilla, creamsicle notes, touch of bread, biscuit, herbal. Taste is a mix of orange, grapefruit, pineapple, hints of mango into a bit of grape, some biscuit, bread, touch of vanilla, honey, finishing spicy, very bitter, dry. Nicely, nicely done. czar (8996) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 6, 2014
pours hazy but bright golden with a small white head, some retention and lacing. spicy and sweet mangoes - pumpkiney, piney and coniferous, minty and peppery, caramel doughyness - not overdone, danky melons, grass, warming booze, minerals. moderately low carbonation, medium body - oily and sticky, balanced leafy herbal-grassy-spicy-piney finish. nicely crafted. chucklemation (1611) - Royal Oak, Michigan, USA - JUL 31, 2014
Pours a hazy amber with a foamy white head. Aroma is fruit and hops. Flavor is sweet fruity hops, perhaps some caramel or vanilla. It’s an interesting flavor for an IPA, but it works well. There is also a bit of bitterness to the finish. Very good. hopscotch (11043) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUL 31, 2014
Bottle… Pours clear and orange with a small, creamy, white head and several fat bubbles. The aroma is juicy and fruity, offering pluots and oranges with traces of resin and vanilla. The orange and vanilla nuances play well together and become reminiscent of a Creamsicle. Medium to full-bodied with tingly carbonation. The flavor is a hop-driven, heavily bitter medley of citrus and stone fruits – pluots and oranges come to mind. Raspy, bitter, dry finish. Bottle courtesy of FlandersNed!
