On tap at Odd Side Brewpub. Golden yellow with a medium white head and some lacing. Aroma of pine, resin, grapefruit and sweet malt. Taste of pine, resin, citrus, over-roasted malt and finishes up a hair dry with moderate bitterness.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a mostly clear golden color with a medium white head. A rich floral nose with some citrus. Smooth, light flavors, low bitterness, citrus, grapefruit especially, orange peel. Very nice. Both a big beer and isn’t meant to be.

Unfortunately from a bottle. Lighter beer, nose had citrus and floral. Body is light with a lot of carbonation, light hops slight bitterness in the finish, mostly fruity hops, not much malt.

deyholla (11606) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - AUG 2, 2012
Sampled from the tap at the 15th annual MBGSF. Pours a near clear gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is full of pine notes with a good amount of underlying grass and a sweet grain and hay backbone. Flavor begins with a light grassy note but quickly grows in intensity to a bitter pine note with only a slight grain backbone.

RamyG4 (324) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 26, 2013
Bottle from mikem409. Slightly hazy amber with a medium white head. Aroma is citrus, pine, with a nice caramel malt backbone, a little funk as well. Taste is medium biter, mild-medium sweet. A lot of flavor for what I imagine is a relatively low ABV beer. Hoppy finish. Light bodied, lots of carbonation.
