Light golden orange in color with a bright white head. Earthy hop scent. Taste is earthy, grassy and highly bitter. Great session ale. WillRunForBeer (2674) - Massachusetts, USA - MAR 27, 2014
Bottle from trade wirh umich03jm, thanks Jason! Pours brownish gold with a clingy pure white head. Aroma is grass and mango. Pale malt backbone with a fair amount of grassy hop bitterness. Homer321 (5112) - Melboring, Florida, USA - MAR 27, 2014
Bottle thanks to blowofftube. pours a fairly clear light orange color with minimal head. nose is slightly catty. not much malt or yeast by product in the whiffer. taste is kinda flat with a general bitterness and grassiness. not much of the piney citrus I was expecting but not a bad beer. alexsdad06 (10471) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - JAN 8, 2015
12 oz. bottle from family from notes. Pours a hazy orange amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have dank, resiny hops, some grapefruit citrus, grass, toasted malts, caramel, not too bad for a lighter, session ipa, mild to moderate bitterness. chucklemation (1713) - Royal Oak, Michigan, USA - NOV 17, 2015
Pours a hazy golden copper with a white long-lasting head. Aroma is pine, citrus, and resin. Flavor is pine and citrus. Pretty bitter. Good.

Draft. Poured clear golden color with a large frothy off-white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate simcoe hop and small malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and lively carbonation. Moderate bittersweet flavor with a moderate bittersweet finish of medium duration. This is a solid beer.

Sample at Odd Side on 3/29/13. Clear yellow pour with a thick white head. Pungent and earthy nose with some sorta citrusy notes. Malty flavor wtih a big grassy presence and a citrus finish. b3shine (8928) - Indiana, USA - JUL 18, 2013
Draft to taster at Odd Side. Looks alright; light for an IPA though, even if it is a session; a transparent gold with white lacing. Smells solid; Simcoe hops. Tastes like it smells with a solid, light mouthfeel. A solid session IPA. edwardbass (846) - Illinois, USA - SEP 6, 2013
Aroma is lost on me as usual thanks to my crappy sinuses. Dark yellow color. I think I understand Simcoe hops now - piney, grassy, a little bit of citrus. Not a lot of malt is obvious in this beer. I’m guessing that if you enjoy Simcoe hops, you would enjoy this beer a lot. auerbrau (3203) - Ithaca, New York, USA - OCT 5, 2013
12oz Bottle. Thanks so much, Sean! Juicy-juice pine hop aroma. Creamy and orange-like. Dry, clean presentation up front, with a slight bubblegum and plastic American hop overdose. The backend is much more satisfactory with a quenching bitter edge that’s reminiscent of pine sap and wet forests. The overall dryness and general hop bristling intensity are certainly appreciated. Very decent for a Session IPA and certainly one of the more hop intense of the Session IPAs I’ve had.
