14 July 2009 Rude Strand. Pours black as expected, but the aroma is not too compelling. First impression was cow shit. However, I am a fan of stout, and this was also drinkable.

Bottle. Black colour with a tan head. Aroma is roasted, coffee, malt. Flavour is roasted, coffee, sourness, hop. Strange beer in a nice way. yngwie (17078) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAR 29, 2009
Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It pours a black, seemingly clear, body with a small beige to tan head. Coffeeish nose with some chocolate and licorice notes. Slightly lemony with some alcohol. Coffeeish, slightly sour flavor with roasted and burnt malts. Salty licorice and alcohol too. Hints of canilla. Some sweetness. Coffee-bitter finish with some sourness and lemon. Full to medium body, astringent, dry and warming. Seems the beer is infected. Bur for once, the sourness is blending nicely with the stout-flavors, giving it an impression of a stout-lambic or something like that. Strange, in a nice way.
