March 28th, 2010 - Here’s a sampler that didn’t sit well with me. I should have known - I don’t like green chilis in anything but a liquid, well blended and well spiced form. This has nothing to do with hating them, and everything to do with trying to coexist with them. Still, I didn’t expect that taste to be so, well, powerful in a beer. Really, it tastes like someone spilled a bad batch of green chili into a bucket of tap water, carbonated it, and served it. I’ll stick to the green stuff on my omelettes.
