The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer’s mouthfeel.

Bottle 355ml.
Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, floral, citrus notes, very light notes of coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [260908]

Ungstrup (37655) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 15, 2007
Bottled at Mesa Verde in the A terminal at Denver International airport. An unclear orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of wheat and citrus - and so is the flavor - I can’t find any traces of banana. The body is watery.

oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - OCT 3, 2006
Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is dishwater. Flavour of wheat and very much citrus fruits. Pleasant wheat and caramel in finish & aftertaste. Refreshing, but nothing very special.

omhper (25153) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - SEP 30, 2006
[Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Cloudy pale yellow. Vanilla and vegetables in the nose. Medium sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. No bitterness. Passes by without catching much attention, but works as a thirst quencher.

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 25, 2008
(Bottle 35,5 cl) Very cloudy golden with a dense off-white head. Weird sweetish bon-bon aroma. Light-bodied - almost thin. Weird fruit and caramel accents. No bitterness. An odd one. 180908

Draft. Hazy yellow orange color, medium white head. Aroma of citrus and raw bread. Taste is similar.

rlgk (18850) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 1, 2006
(Stockholm Beer Festival 2006) Hazy yellow/orange. Fruity citric aroma. Wheat flavor, citrus, some hops. Quite mild finish and maybe a bit thin.

Oakes (17685) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 13, 2011
Slightly hazy straw colour. Not much aroma, maybe served too cold. Malty, wheaty and with a light fruitiness. Quick beer, maybe for patio season but less pleasurable in the winter.

TBone (17565) - Pori, FINLAND - OCT 2, 2006
Bottled. Pale yellow, small white head. Leather and banana esters in the aroma. Malty, leathery, wheaty, balanced, but light wheat beer. Good for sessions.

brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 5, 2013
On tap @ Odell. Hazy golden orange pour with a nice white head. Lemon, cracker, wheat, and biscuit on the nose. Sweet bread, light orange, and yeast. Flavor is sweet biscuit and bready malt. Yeast, light spicy hops, lemon zest, and some floral notes.
