The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer’s mouthfeel.

Appearance: pours with a less than 1" off white sudsy head which recedes slowly. Lacing is very slight. Color is a very cloudy gold. Lots of sedimentation in suspension (with more yeast ’chunks’ stuck in the bottom of the bottle) Aroma: grassy wheat is the dominate smell, but there is also some malt sweetness, and clean water. Mouthfeel: light, watery and fairly crisp. The beer is somewhat sticky and adheres to the roof of the mouth. Flavor: sweet barley malts and grassy wheat are nicely balanced. Hop presence is quite mild but there is a slight bitterness lingering in the finish. Overall: a nice example of the style. This a pleasant and refreshing beer, especially on a hot summer day.

Can, hazy light yellow. Typical light wheat beer aromas. A bit more sharp hop flavors that I expected. Bold flavors, soft wheat bready trailer. Not Bad

Cloudy yellow with small fast fading head. Smells of grain and tropical fruit but the taste is grain with a strong tartness that is not very good at all. Two more bottles of this in the sampler so maybe after drinking the other nine beers these will taste better.

From 12oz bottle to snifter. Pour is a hazy orange/yellow, thin white head. Nose is sugary, sight malt, wheat, nutty. Taste is light bodied, sweet. Finishes crisp, simple easy drinking beer which is definitely the intent.

Out of the new cans from liquor store. Pours cloudy with nice big white head. Excellent flavor and palate. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy pale yellow body with a medium creamy off-white head and nice lacing. Aroma of citrus, wheat, and some banana. Flavor of citrus and wheat.

Type: 12-oz. bottle Glass: Lagunitas mason jar From: Ridley’s Family Markets in Laramie, Wyo. Price: $7.99 for a 6-pack (I think) Purchased: Nov. 18, 2016 Consumed: Nov. 20, 2016 Reviewed as: American Pale Wheat Ale Misc.: Best by Jan. 24, 2017 Jason didn’t want to take his two leftovers from a 6-pack home, so I brought them back for me. Didn’t know much about the beer, but I knew that Odell has some quality stuff. Poured a medium-to-straw gold yellow hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Lots of bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass. For the style, excellent uneven foamy lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.00) Smelled cloves, a touch of banana, maybe banana bread, caramel, grass, hay, corn, unknown spices and even cantaloupe and/or melon. (Smell - 3.75) Taste followed the nose nicely. This is very nice and refreshing. Cloves, honey, grass, hay, corn, bready yeast, cereal, peppery spices, lemon zest, faint Circus Peanuts candy, banana bread and some caramel malts. (Taste - 4.00) Light body. Oily-to-thin texture. Lively carbonation. Abrupt, refreshing finish. (Feel - 4.00) For the style, this nailed it. Very good. (Overall - 4.00) 3.94 88 B+

Draught at Little Bear. Low fluffy white lasting head. Hazy amber body. Highly carbonated fruity banana peach aroma and flavor with little hops bitterness and a long sweet finish.

LearninBeer (598) - Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA - AUG 13, 2016
The aroma is kinda hay, stale. Pours a clear yellow with fully diminishing white head and excellent lacing. The taste is umami, neither sweet, bitter or sour. The body is light/medium, the texture creamy, the carbonation lively and the finish abrupt. Ok, nothing really special.

djd07 (14517) - Houston, Texas, USA - AUG 9, 2016
On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong fruit and wheat. Medium body, wheat, citrus, crisp, good.
