12oz bottle from Mr Bs in Denver: yellow pour, thin white head. aroma of light funk, salty, herbal. tastes are citrus, acidic, wheat, grapefruit, lemon, little vegetal. light even yeasty sour overall. works for me. drjay44 (3742) - Salida, Colorado, USA - JUL 27, 2017
12 oz. bottle. Pours a fizzy rapidly gone white head, over an effervescent, hazy yellow (SRM 3) body.......nose is lactic acid with lemon, tomatillo tones, no hops.......taste is moderately lactic acid tart sour, with lemon, tomatillo, mild malt tones, finishing with lingering sourness and vague hints of salt, no hops......mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, high carbonation. The only flaw in the base beer is the appearance. It is otherwise refreshing and easy drinking as is the case with Berliner Weisse. 12oz bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is sour funk sulfer and herbal notes. Taste is more of the vegetable sour notes. onceblind (9891) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 16, 2017
Hazy pale golden with a thin white spotty cap. Brisk nose that’s lightly briney and a touch earthy and citric. Lightly briney and crisp flavor that has a nice crisp cool wheaty tart tone about it. Bill Becker (1068) - Casper, Wyoming, USA - JUL 14, 2017
Best by October 12th 2017 so this beer is brewed again.
Have you read the description of Berliner Weisse beers here? Rapidly dissipating head of foam is spot on. It couldn’t be quicker.
Smells tart, kind of a vegetal tartness, with proper aromas of wheat. The brew itself is a hazy light orange colour with no bubbles visible.
Tart taste with the wheat fairly present.
An interesting flavour here that seems to be to me of a vegetal variety. Must be the tomatillo addition. It agrees with my palate.
Light bodied with ample carbonation, so the lack of visible bubbles doesn’t hurt the mouthfeel. I find it quite refreshing for a hot summer day in Casper.
Definitely worthy of a repurchase.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy pale yellow appearance. Aroma of sour fruits, light funky yeast, light herbs, mineral brine and a hint of salt. Similar flavor, lightly sour and adding notes of bread and husky grains. Light body. A little weird overall. sonnycheeba (6126) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - NOV 24, 2015
