COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ready to buck convention? We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from Englad to India in the 1700s, and made it bolder and more flavorful - American style. We've added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character. Hop on, hold tight, and enjoy the ride!

At Simple Table by Hitomi. Pours dark gold with a fine white head. Aroma is older style hops. Flavour is bracingly bitter with a strong malt backbone without being heavy. Finish is thick but dry.

The aroma is kinda stale. Pour a cloudy copper/orange, with virtually no head and very good lacing. The taste is a stale bitter. The body is medium, the texture creamy but a little thin, the carbonation average and the finish bitter. This is built bigger 7% but drinks like a session, not great but goes down fairly easy. Not bad maybe deserves more point but the aroma is not of an IPA.

Really good IPA, American style. The best American IPA Ive tasted to date, and Ive tasted a good few independent IPAs in California and Colorado.

I thought this would be a destination beer. A nice balanced IPA easy drinking but can't say it knocks off feet or seems unique. Light citrus and lemon. It's a New Zealand beer with American hops. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

jflopsu (1591) - New Jersey, USA - JUL 23, 2016
Pours a heavy carbonated orange-gold with light white head. Has a balances light floral and citrus hop aroma with some pine. A sweet taste of citrus hops, caramel, malts, and some floral and tropical fruit. A lingering dry malt and bitter hop aftertaste.

On tap. Golden color with a light head. Smells of grapefruit citrus and tastes very much the way it smells. A very good IPA.

On tap at Pinthouse Pizza, Austin, TX, 26.4.2016. Clear gold with a white head. Mild floral hoppiness in the nose, crisp, fresh, hoppy bitterness in the mouth, with notes of flowers and tropical fruit. No-nonsense, dry and bitter finish, medium body and rather quaffable.
