3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz Bottle. The pour was a cloudy orange with an average (1-2 finger) white frothy head that was mostly lasting, reducing to a thick frothy film and large collar with excellent sheeting of sticky lacing.
The aroma was of a grain malt, floral and citrus hops and a sweaty yeast with notes of caramel and citrus (grapefruit and orange peel).
The taste was moderately bitter with a light caramel sweetness pretty much throughout, progressing slightly with a nice grapefruit hop presence taking over along with a bitter citrus peel ending. The flavor lasted an average time proceeding the swallow with a light hoppy grapefruit taste left behind to linger a little longer.
Mouthfeel was light in body and dry in texture with a carbonation that was just beyond mild in intensity.
Overall I found this to be a very well balanced IPA, nice and hoppy with a tasty light sweetness and a not so overbearing bitterness...
Very nice rounded IPA. Surprisingly high ABV for the taste but malt and hops in perfect harmony for a very drinkable drop.

On tap at Falling Rock, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some herbal notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops, herbal and vegetal notes, and biscuity malt. A bit on the herbal side, but it’s still certainly well-made. Nice IPA. Pours clear deep gold with plenty of white head that leaves lacing as it dissipates. Scent is citrus and hoppy. Taste is hops all the way through with some malt in the middle. Aftertaste slightly bitter. A good IPA. Thechasm442 (1005) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAY 13, 2017

From a bottle at Via Baci. Pours a hazy gold and makes a white head with some lacing down the glass. Smells of pine resin and hops and good stuff. Tastes of centennial hops and some in known spices.

Pours a clear amber color with a thin off white head that left a lot of lacing around the glass. The aroma is very tropical, white bread, pineapple, grapefruit, very juicy. Flavor is same as aroma. Not much bitterness. Drinkability is full and mouthfeel is medium.
