Poured pitched black into a tulip with a tan head dissipating quickly. Aroma has a nice bitter chocolate with a hint of coffee and roasted malts. I was not prepared for the amount of chocolate that was going to hit the tongue but the palate on this is incredible. A chocolate milk stout, without question. This beer is dominated by bittersweet chocolate, heat is detected well after the finish but so smooth for 8.5%. Mouthfeel is almost thick with a creamy finish.

Wow, taste easy and creamy like a regular milk stout. The booze is well hidden, maybe too well hidden just a hint on the back. Big chocolate flavor. Most imperial stouts force you to sip slowly. Not this I wanted another sip near immediately after the last, like a good dessert. gschrade (1090) - Collinsville, Illinois, USA - FEB 22, 2016
I had this at Global Brew. Pours black with a tan head. Taste chocolate, roasted malt, smokey. I thought this was good. I could drink this again.
