On Tap. A solid saison. Pours a straw-yellow with aromas of fruit, yeast and hay. There is a good bit of carbonation here. Taste is sweet, yeast, bread, but not a lot of funk. There is also a faint bubble gum flavor. Nice dry finish. Overall, good and worth a taste.
The cork flew off when I unscrewed the cage! I am not sure where the cork went! This is a pretty classic saison with pepper and lemongrass notes. Nice Belgian yeast but not as strong or good as a real Belgian saison.

Tap at Odell - clear gold - very effervescent body - nose of light lemongrass, cracked wheat, moderate peppery phenols, light honey, a little bit of banana - flavor is medium dry and fairly crisp - strong phenolic character up front, with notes of pepper, clove, light plastic - some banana esters late - texture gets a little watery in the finish - decent.
