3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a large, frothy, white head that is in no rush to dissipate. Crispy like an apple, bright like a white, body of a wheat, palette like a sessionable IPA. Very chuggable and summer friendly. Odell, you never let me down.

Aroma is citrus, spices/light coriander and wheat. The flavor is citrus, very light hop resin, wheat, spices, good palate and a tart/sour/slightly bitter finish. andrepintado (3663) - Porto, PORTUGAL - SEP 7, 2015
Bottle tasted at Dois Corvos Brewery, Lisbon, Portugal. Light gold to white color. Thin medium white head. Body is smooth. Taste is light sweet, light tart. Aroma is vanilla, herby, light hop, light herb, citric. MetalNHopHead (2190) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - SEP 5, 2015
I owe a lot to the White IPA style for getting me into hoppy beers. I could say the same for Odell. That’s why I was surprised to find I was a little underwhelmed by Perle. The hops were bitter and the malt backbone was Belgian-style but I expected more variety from each. It’s still completely drinkable, but many other White IPA’s have pushed the style further. Still, this beer was good for lots of Pearl Necklace jokes at HuskerTan’s expense. dinkle50 (1532) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 30, 2015
Pale pour with a thin head. Aroma is light with hints of grass and hay. Medium mouth. Taste has a metallic thing going on. Slight bitterness. Not terrible, but not overly flavorful. HuskerTan (2398) - Ravenna, Nebraska, USA - AUG 25, 2015
A- Floral, wheat, citrus, spices.
A- Golden color, cloudy liquid, white head.
T- Wheat, citrus, pine, floral.
P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly bitter finish.
O- Of all the white IPA’s I’ve had this one showed the most bitterness and the least about of Belgian Wit aspects.

On tap at Odells Brewery. Pours a golden color with white head. Floral, herbal hop aromas. Spicy, floral, herbal, hoppy flavors. Tasty! Steve_0 (3818) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 7, 2015
On tap at the brewery. Pour is slightly hazy golden with a small white head and good lacing. Sweet lemons, orange marmalade, pineapple, light spice, some biscuit, and dough in the aroma. Taste is bright lemons, biscuit, white pepper, biscuit, lemongrass, and floral hops with a crisp bitter finish. Medium body with high carboantion. I could get down on this stuff. dlihcsnatas (779) - Temple, Texas, USA - JUL 18, 2015
Hazy gold, decent head, smells of fruity hops. A little bit of the malt flavor but covered by a fair amount of hops. Not as hoppy as I would expect from an IPA but still a pretty nice brew for a hot day. Gription79 (2892) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - JUL 5, 2015
Poured from a 12 ounce bottle. Citrusy, orange, doughy, fruity yeast esters. An herbal bitterness in the finish. bubbleflubber (2235) - Swannanoa, North Carolina, USA - JUL 2, 2015
Pours a translucent straw into the glass with a tight cap of suds that leaves lasting soapy lace. The nose is gorgeous, heavy of orange, floral/grassy hops and lots of citrus peel, rind and zest. Flavors are lighter, some citrus and wheat, backed with a citrus peel and grassy bitterness. The mouthfeel is active and medium-bodied, leaving the palate satiated and complex, yet not overdone. This definitely feels like a brew that was brewed by brewers for what they like in a beer. And no one can be faulted for that. Kudos!
