Bottle from GBBF 2015, I think. Pours clear golden amber with a nice medium foam head which dissipates to the edges and centre of the glass after a few minutes. Nose is tart and sour, funky, underlying sweet fruity notes of tinned pineapple, but it;'s subtle. Some fairly rich grain notes in this too. Sweet grain, with the sour leading. Taste is moderately to well soured and tart, with some pineapple cube sweets, golden lightly toasted barley grain. Tart kick predominates though with the lactobacillus leading all the way through. Very nice. Slight funk on nose but on the palate it's pretty clean. hayduke (5652) - Eureka, California, USA - AUG 4, 2017
Sampled from a bottle share at the RBSG 2017. Pours gold with a white head. Nose of tart tropical fruit. Whiff of pineapple. Medium body. Flavor is tart and fruit. Kept look for the pineapple. jake65 (4000) - Meridian, Idaho, USA - JUL 30, 2017
Bottle at RBSG. Pours out a hazy orange color with a slight white head. Aroma is funky and a little tropical fruit. Lightly sweet up front with the fruit and sour funky brett in the end. I was really hoping for more emphasis on the pineapple? Drake (14078) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 13, 2017

Hazy golden yellow.
Not as outstanding as the sour grilled pineapple awesomeness that is The Rare Barrel Tropical Humor, but still pretty nice. Dryer and just a touch less fruit forward. Moderate pucker.
There needs to be more pineapple sours in the world. Dogbrick (13751) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 28, 2017
Sample at Freschcraft during the "Colorado Craft Beer Week: Ratio Beerworks Firkin Tapping!" on 03/24/2017. Hazy bright golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of pineapple, funky yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of funky pineapple, herbal yeast and bready malt. The finish is funky fruit and floral yeast. Pretty good overall. kevinator (2705) - The Colony, Texas, USA - MAR 12, 2017
Wasn’t sure what to expect with this one. Nice aroma of tropical fruit and funk. Flavors were similar with the pineapple coming through. Not too sour. Medium palate with a dry finish. ads135 (5010) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - MAR 8, 2017
An okay pineapple beer. More fruity than sour. The sweetness isn’t all together balanced either. Pours light, finished slick on the tongue. Tried at the Omaha Extreme Beerfest in 2017. tmoreau (4631) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - FEB 14, 2017
On tap at the Beer Cellar in Glen Ellyn, IL., and dispensed to a snifter displaying a clear & bright, orangey gold color, with a modest but fleeting layer of soft white foam, thin film, and light spots of lacing. The nose was ripe pineapple, slight earthiness & funk, a hint of tomato skin, and subtle sweetness, followed by some tartness & tanginess. Light to medium bodied, with a bit of complementary spritz to the effervescence, the taste was somewhat similar, retained the touch of sweetness and the nearly sour quality, and finished dry. Decent, but didn’t get the bright & juicy pineapple that I was hoping for.
