COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A mystic legend echoes in our brewhouse - that of St. Lupulin the archetypal hophead. He devoted endless summers to endless rows of hops, tending to the flowers and the beloved resin within - lupulin. Extraordinary oils in this yellow resin provide this dry-hopped extra pale ale with an undeniably pleasing floral aroma and clean, crisp finish. One sip of this seasonal summer ale and you, too, will believe.

12 oz pour from chilled bottle into a shaker pint. Clear and golden with a moderate white head. Lots of floral citrus in both the nose and the taste. Fairly dry and distinctly crisp. Drinkable and unobtrusive. A bit too hoppy to be a session beer, though.

Draft. Gold in colour with medium carbonation. Quite floral on the nose, backed by lemon and orange peel. Cut grass and conifer enter the picture upon drinking, along with pale malt and more sweet citrus. Light bodied with a savory bitterness.

Not much aroma on this. Lighter in color and not cloudy. Relatively smooth start and finish. Not overly hoppy ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bright gold colour with a good condition and a not too fluffy not too tight white head that stays. Aroma that jumps out first is extremely resinous and hops hops hops. There are spices I just cant place for the life of me. Theres mango and grapefruit in abundance, tangerine and grain too. Taste is bitter fruits and a very earthy hop note. Something like very juicy, spicy, apples. But not sweet. Bitterness is sharp but kept in check with a slightly persistent odd note on the finish. A little peppery. Overall a beautiful aromatic, clean pale ale with a good hop-forward palate but enough balance to make it properly drinkable.

Bottle - Hazy cloudy yellow with a thin head and lacing. Nice hop profile here. A grass taste as well. Medium dry and bitter. A good pale ale.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is grassy hop, pine needle. The flavour is moderate bitter with a lovely mellow fresh citrus, grassy hop, light spice palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
