Pours a golden-orange-copper with good sized head. Aroma of hops and malt. Flavor is very rich combination of citrus-hop flavors and underlying maltiness. Very good double IPA. brucebruce81 (391) - GUAM - AUG 25, 2012
This beer was really good it balanced the hops well with the malt I loved this beer and recommend JCB (3999) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - AUG 24, 2012
750ml from the Rare Beer Club. Very bright, colorful orange pour, almost glowing and fresh looking, bedecked with a fine filmy head. Very enticing, heady floral aroma back by a trace of malt and substantial bitter notes. Full, very smooth mouthfeel with a playful carbonation and a palate that’s fairly dry. Terrific, super-fresh, citrusy flavors abound but with a nice bitterness and malt complement that I imagine reflects Thornbridge’s contributions (?). Regardless of who did what, this is a really fine collab brew. Errl (2442) - Plano, Texas, USA - AUG 23, 2012

750ml cork & caged bottle from Wilburs. Pours orange with a white head. Big citrus, apricot and peach hop nose. Med body with more light fruit notes and sweet caramel malts. Rich malt finish with bright citrus notes. The American hops shine through. bhensonb (15241) - Woodland, California, USA - AUG 21, 2012
750 c&c from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours hazy light orange with a creamy white head. Aroma is floral and fruity. Med + body. Flavor is very light roast malt with a great deal of floral, tropical perfume fruit, and some citrus. It’s extremely hoppy, dry and bitter, but not harshly bitter. Still there’s a bit of hop burn on tongue edges. Don’t think heat is detectable. Bordering on too perfume/ripe fruit, but still good. Very flavorful. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - AUG 17, 2012

Pub & Kitchen, London. Amber colour, small foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly, floral and some slight herbal notes. Flavour is caramel malts, floral and fruity hops along with some yeast and mild nectary notes. Rather richly carbonated.
beautifully balanced. suppable loveliness. doesn’t taste like a DIPA to me though, it’s smoother than that. I don’t know if it’s the malt that takes away the IPA intensity of it or what... but this is good stuff.
