COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tree Shaker Imperial Peach IPA has roots right here in Colorado. We balanced familiar citrusy hop notes with the subtle sweetness of local peaches. You might say we gave both the tree and the style a playful little shake.

Pours a hazy golden with a good head and some lacing on the glass.

The aroma is a bit soapy with some bright fresh happiness and some booziness to boot.

The flavor is plenty boozy, it’s got a good fruit expression and some hop bitterness, but all together is pretty darn alcohol forward for my taste.

Peach is very evident but somehow subtle. Excellent brew and not what you think of in an IPA. Still the real deal with alcohol content.

Bottle shared by Jay at Dutch’s. Pours a hazy orange amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have a nice peach fruity character, citrus, caramel malts, toasted bread, some DIPA bitterness that cuts the sweetness. I didn’t really notice the 10% at all. Decent stuff.

Bottle courtesy of NielsenRatings. Thanks Aaron! Pours a golden color with white head. Sweet, fruity, citrus, slight grassy aromas. Fruity, peach, floral hops, slight grass flavors. Pretty tasty.

Bottle - Sweet syrupy fruit esters and yeast. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Boozy sweet yeast and fruit. Sweet esters, not for me.

On tap prefunk. Pours out a crisp golden with no head. Nose is grass a touch of peach mostly sweet malts. Taste is as the nose with the peach just sneaking in and a bitter hop on the end.

Yeast, fruit, citrus, bubblegum aroma. Pours a slightly orange yellow gold with a bright white head. The head fades fairly quickly and leaves just a little bit of lacing. Glassy smooth mouthfeel. The peach balances well with the grapefruit from the hops. It hides the ABV well with just a hint of warming on the finish. This is a very nice beer. The balance is almost perfect.
