COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with locally grown herbs and spices from the Gardens on Spring Creek, Trellis Garden Ale is a stroll through the garden in a glass - a sip of summer, and a harvest of flavor. Coriander, cilantro, pineapple mint, lavender and rose petal bloom in this bright pale ale. Hoppy hints of citrus and fresh cut grass balance the malty sweetness and enhance the subtle floral spice for a refreshing finish.

Slightly cloudy, orange pour with a huge foamy head. A little bit of lace hangs around. Aroma is sweet, a little floral as well. Hints of pine and spice. Light bodied. Flavor is fruity with some vegetal notes as well. Herbs present, it tastes very green. Citrus and pine bounce off each other. A very unique beer. I think we drank it a little past its prime, but still enjoyable.

750ml Corked bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. This beer cost around £18! Hazy orange-amber coloured with a thin white head. It has a sweet tropical fruit, pine and herbal flavour followed by a smooth, zesty, spicy dried fruit, marzipan and herbal finish. Very Nice, unusual but very Expensive!

750 ml bottle from Spec’s El Paso. Pours a hazy orange golden color with a large off white head that settles into a creamy thin layer. The aroma is very herbal and floral. The flavor has pale malts, lightly toasted, grass, floral, herbal, the mint comes through, rose petal, cilantro, some sweetness to this, I think it’s an interesting beer.
