3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Thomas Creek did a fine job with O’Dempseys Inukshuk. Pours a dark yellow, clear. Nice white head that hangs on. Good Carbonation nice sweet hoppy aroma. Nice hop flavor that is upfront but not too bold. Mouth feel is very nice. Bittering in aftertaste is great. As the picture on the label aludes to, it is definitely a well balanced beer!
Pours a clear golden orange on tap with thin wispy off-white head that leaves light lace. Aroma and taste of oxidized caramel malt, a hint of diacytel, and mild earthy hops. Just all around not the best beer. Bebum (1061) - Massachusetts, USA - SEP 12, 2015
Light amber, tall and persisting head.
Intense, hoppy nose, hint of ammonia.
Medium body, low in flavor, acidity and carbonation, giving a rather flat and hollow mouthfeel.
Bitter, off-dry, would like more malt.

Pretty standard IPA. Bottle from Jay from South Carolina. Extra points for the label, we make and see inukshuks here - the Indian word vs. Cairn. ordybill (1815) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - JUL 5, 2015
Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass tulip. This is a copper colored beer with a medium sized white head.
The taste is pretty good with a nice caramel flavor;
The aroma is big on malt and caramel with maybe some citrus in the background.
The Palate is medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall- A pretty solid IPA, I would drink this again. Christpuncher (3191) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 4, 2015
Malt bomb exploded in this one no hops flavor at all. Stay away from this sink pour. Pours orange with a thin white head. Had in myrtle beach

12oz bottle, purchased on 2/23/15 from Habersham in Savannah. Shared with robotopera. Mostly clear orange color. Off-white ring of bubbly head. Minimal bits of lace. Caramel malt, orange rinds. Not much else to it, mild mustiness. Bigger sweet taste, bit too sweet. Lighter bitterness. How old is this, who knows. Pretty much just a caramel malt bomb. Medium-plus body. Lighter carbonation. Kind of syrupy texture. Not terrible or flawed, just caramely and whatever. edgallow (4376) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - DEC 10, 2014
12 oz bottle pours amber with a off white head. Aroma of pine and malts. Taste is malty, resin and grain. mansquito (6814) - Nueva York, New York, USA - NOV 30, 2014
Winter Beer Fest, Philly: Pours copper with a white head. Aroma is more malty than it is hoppy, some fruit and pine I suppose. Taste is sweet malty and just a tad bitter. This tastes like an IPA that sat on the shelves too long, but I can’t imagine that is the case. TomTron (455) - South Carolina, USA - OCT 21, 2014
Clear orange with basically no head. I feel like this IPA is the same recipe as every other middle of the pack IPA. Great for rock ’em sock ’em robot matches. halfonit (1393) - Fall River, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 24, 2014
Pours golden with a big head. Aroma is of caramel malts with some floral and citrus hops. The taste is of bitter citrus hops, toasted malts and nutty notes. Medium bodied. Nothing out of the ordinary.
