Bottle 33cl from Henrik many thanks. A deep dark beer with huge brown head and good retention, lacing. Nose is on dark chocolate, grain and coffee. Aroma is on chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel, brown bread, licorice, biscuits, very creamy, smooth, cappuccino touch, intense and good complexity. Finish is nice too, very long after taste on coffee beans, light leather and ashes / smoked touch, with licorice and vanilla notes. Good ! Bottle: The aroma consists of milk and dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and a touch of vanilla. It pour a dark brown with no transparency and a two finger brown head that eventually fades to a thin film outlined by a thicker ring. There’s a good amount of sticky webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with dark chocolate, cocoa, and a touch of vanilla. The finish has black licorice, moderate roast, light coffee, and some faint burnt notes. It’s medium-full bodied with light-moderate carbonation and a somewhat soft mouthfeel, Overall, a tasty Imperial Stout.
