Schon ganz geil, der Dunkle. Schlapp untergärig mit Toffeeanflug, dann überraschend schlank und voller WoodyCherryAffinität und langen grauen Abgang. PotjeBier (3912) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - FEB 5, 2018
Bottle @ home. Clear deep dark ruby red brown color. Big dense beige head with good retention and lacing. Aroma's: red fruit, toasted malt. Same retronasal. Flavor is light moderate sweet with lots of fruit and light roasty bitterness. Medium bodied. Quite soft carbonation. Finishes with some roast, slightly dry, light bitter. Nice, but I wouldn't have recognized this as a bock.
