The brew contains juniper berries and a lot of other crazy herbs and tasty stuff as you can see on the table. But that’s all we are going to say about it for now

At a tasting, thanks, small stable creamy bubbly head, cloudy deepish orange color, aroma of juniper wood and some yeast, flavor of jam, shrubs and wood, light sweetness, a bit of alcohol creeping in making it a bit heavy. Interesting.

rayaron (2185) - Kfar Saba, ISRAEL - JAN 2, 2018
Bottle shared at a tasting at Max's place. Hazy golden with white head. Sweetish aroma with notes of spices, curcumin, juniper and honey. Bitter flavor, very spicy with notes of juniper, salty and alcoholic. Dry, medium-bodied.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Cloudy orange. Spicy, floral and herbal aroma. Sweet, spicy, vanilla, black pepper, floral and fruity flavors. Light-medium bodied, fizzy.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thank zvsn & rayaron. Hazy yellow. Oxidation, lots of herbal spiciness, fruitiness, light tart hint, bitter finish, a bit of alcohol. Not really my thing.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2017 33cl bottle purchased at the Oedipus taproom and enjoyed on 03-Sep-2017. Hazy golden amber with a thick white head. Aroma of fruit and botanicals. Medium body and lively carbonation. Taste of herbs, juniper berries, lemongrass, orange zest, spices, yeast and malt. A little too much on the sweet side for me - more fruity tripel than saison.

lupuLust (347) - Franke(n) im Breisgau, GERMANY - JUN 13, 2017
Obvious a Saison in taste and aroma. Dry slightly funk/brett? passing into juniper base of the gin theme. At first just a usual modern Saison but with every sip the gin of this beer takes over the taste and the aroma. Gin spices perfectly paired with the spicy yeast. Ending like a half complex citrusy/green herbal dry Gin (but with much less alcohol)

vami (607) - Poznan, POLAND - MAY 25, 2017
[Euro Beer Swap thanks to MonsterMagnet] Pours golden and clear, with very big and bubbly head. High carbonation. Due to high foam formation, I had to taste the foam before even getting a sniff ;) Taste is mainly juniper - really a lot of juniper berries there. Aroma is of juniper, a bit of barnyard and Belgian phenols, however the intensity is low. Nice herbal (not hoppy) bitterness. Really good.

Pallleon (508) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAY 13, 2017
Opálos narancsszín, közepes fehér hab. Citrusos, lime-os, fűszeres illat. Közepes test. Keserű íz, citrusos, fűszereses jegyekkel. Nagyon frissítő saison.

Fules (1502) - Gyöngyös, HUNGARY - APR 28, 2017
Közepes, nagyon tartós hab, borostyán szín. Fűszeres, citrusos illat. Gabonás, malátás alap, markáns, saisonos fűszeres és citrusos, citrushéjas ízekkel kiegészülve. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas és keserű. Komplex ízvilágú, izgalmas saison.

PotjeBier (3941) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - APR 25, 2017
33 cl bottle @ home. Mostly clear deep golden color. Big white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma’s are sweetish malty/grainy, refreshing, somewhat herbal. Retronasal there’s more herbs, light sweetness, light bitterness, some fruit. Flavor is above light bitter with light sweetness and spices. Medium bodied. Long finish, spicy and moderate bitter.
