BBE 21-8-2014 - Pours clear yellowish with a thick white head. Aroma of yeast, floral hops, hints of spices, wheaty malts and earthy notes. Taste is sweetish, hoppy and floral with hints of yeast, earthy grainy notes and spices. Finish is crisp, hoppy and grainy with hints of yeast and wheaty notes. Pretty good, even though it’s not very fresh anymore.

Bottle from the Bierkoning BB 21-8-2014 (just in time!). Neck was absolutely filthy, heavy yeasty crust everywhere, hard not to get any in the glass. Anyhow, poured a murky gold pour with white head. Aroma is really hoppy, intense citrusy, piney hops, orange peel. Taste is very bitter, citrus rind, pine, resinous, very well done hoppiness, a bit over the top on the bitterness. I can only imagine what it was with all the super fresh hops when this was just released, it still smells and tastes quite good, so it must have been pretty phenomenal. Would love to drink some more of this fresh.

cloudy yellow beer. Lots of foam coming out of the bottle. A bit sour, hoppy and flavours of malts, great smell.

A pretty good IPA, very yeasty and thick, more like a hoppy witbier. Some citrus and grass. Tried at the Fab Friday event in Utrecht with Nick in 2014.

MarkoNm (2826) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - AUG 3, 2014
Pours a hazy golden color, topped with a decent off color head. The malty aroma is complemented by some fruits, citruses and slight yeast. The taste is fruity with very decent bitterness in the end. I guess it’s OK, but nothing special.
