Bottle, 75cl corked. A dense, two-finger, collapsing beige head sits over an unclear brown body. The aroma has raisins, some roasted malts and a light berryish sour touch. It’s medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, with raisins, some vinegar hints, dark berries and a faint roasted touch. Pleasant carbonation, and a nice fruity and sourish finish. Overall, starts boring, but turns out to be a nice one. 140118

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Dark brown colour with a burgundy tint. Small, lightly tanned head. Sour aroma with apples, hay, roasted malts, some coffee and chocolate. Taste is sour. Light to medium body. Finishes roasted with a sour fruitiness. Not undrinkable - but must be an off bottle.
